Greetings: Fellow Equine Enthusiasts,

Welcome to the Great Lakes Country Classic of 2008! GLCC is sponsored by the West Michigan Morgan Horse Association, and co-hosted by the West Michigan Friesian Horse Club, and the Wolverine Morgan Horse Association. GLCC has the stamp of approval for A-rated Morgans, A-rated Friesians, C-rated Arabians & Half-Arabians, and C-rated Saddlebreds. This multi-disciplinary show features Dressage* (a Regional qualifier through Level 2), Driving, Jumping, Hunt Seat, English, Western, Challenge of the Breeds, Championships, and Academy* classes.

*Please note that the Great Lakes Country Classic Dressage Show is held on Thursday, July 31st, under a separate USEF & USDF show approval number as an open show. There are no breed affiliations associated with this show.

*Academy classes will be held Thursday, July 31st, in the afternoon and are offered for trainers’ students who may not be quite ready for upper level competition. These classes have no breed affiliations.

Patty Kent R rated, Morgans & Saddlebreds (Patty will also have the honor of judging at the 2008 Morgan Grand Nationals.)

Judith K. Warner –  R rated, Friesians, Arabians, & Half-Arabians

Sue Hughes,  r rated – Dressage

Alohana Jackson  r rated– Academy Classes
